Chicken pie I adapted a recipe from a magazine that I read years ago for an easy weeknight chicken pie Im sure Jamie Oliver did something similar too, it is so easy and you make a double batch and freeze half for the next week so that you can just add puff pastry. Ill blog about this next week
Fish and Chips I have some breaded haddock in the freezer and as Im away for two nights this week, Graeme will have to sort himself out, so this is what I have suggested for him
Roast Lamb Love a roast lamb, but just recently had a few dodgy cuts that have been so fatty and fall apart when you carve them, so Im going to get a leg of lamb for the roast to be safe
Gorgonzola Pasta Just love this and it is so easy to make!
Ragu I’ll need to blog this recipe again as it was lost in the hack, but this is my favourite dish and always makes me smile when I make it as it reminds me of a dear friend who is no longer with us! I’ll get this live later this week.
Salmon with green beans and a butter & caper sauce Ill pan fry my salmon skin side down then turn it over for a minute then leave it on a warmed plate to finish the cooking. Ill then add butter to my frying pan and add cooked green beans and capers when the butter starts to go brown and then serve over the salmon absolutely delicious.
