A couple of weekends ago, we were asked to head along to the Royal Commonwealth Pool to have a look at the new activity that is taking place there – It’s called Aquadash. So what is it? Well it’s a massive inflatable assault course, it’s Scotland’s very first inflatable playground on water, perfect for all fun-seekers aged 6 years plus.
Suitable for all fitness levels, it is the ideal activity for the full family to enjoy. Participants will slide, climb and bounce their way through nine thrilling challenges, beating each one and racing friends and family to victory. There’s a bonkers bridge, slippery slide, wacky wiggle discs and adventurous action tower to name a few.
Aquadash opens on on 12 February 2018, in time for half-term, booking is recommended. To book, just visit the website – booking is now open.
There will be a maximum of 50 places in any one session, which will last for 50 minutes. Booking in for a session also allows access to the pool afterwards. A single session costs £7.50 for an adult and £5.00 for a junior.
When the boys went along, they were given a safety briefing and given life jackets. Please note that it’s from 6 years upwards and if the children are under 9 they need to have a guardian in the water with them. It’s 1 adult to 2 children.
What super fun they had – they can’t wait to go back in the holidays.
