Its been a few weeks since I actually wrote down my meal plan mainly cause weve been away and its been the holidays. This week we are back on track with our Meal Planning, so here goes this weeks one:


Breakfast Coconut alpro yoghurt and homemade granola
Lunch Deliciously Ellas Pea and Mint Soup
Dinner Macaroni Cheese This is not healthy and I know that, but the boys wanted it for dinner so Ill make up for it else where during the week Maybe an extra walk or run!
Exercise  meditation and yoga


Breakfast Overnight oats with grated apple
Lunch Tuna salad with toasted seeds
Dinner Ragu As always this is a staple
Exercise  Walk the school run (its nearly 10k steps if I do it both ways) This is weather dependent too as I hate walking in the rain.


Breakfast Oatcakes with peanut butter and avocado
Lunch Im off to Pumpkin Browns to try it out as Im in town for a meeting.
Dinner M&S curry We bought these for the night we came back from our holiday for ease, but ended up making our own thing so I still have these in the freezer.
Exercise Metafit


Breakfast Chai seed fruit yoghurt
Lunch Lentil Soup
Dinner Chicken Katsu Curry and rice
Exercise Gym & walk the school run


Breakfast Brown Rice porridge
Lunch Lentil Soup
Dinner Smoked Salmon & scrambled eggs
Exercise Metafit


Breakfast Overnight oats & grated apple
Lunch Quinoa tabbouleh salad
Dinner Kung Pao Chicken & spiralised veg
Exercise Ballet Barre


Breakfast  Healthy fry up  well baked in the oven, but as healthy as you can get!
Lunch Pea & Ham Soup
Dinner Falafels, pitta bread and Greek salad
Exercise Day off but will go for a walk with the boys
